Cancelation/Refund Policy

  1. Cancellation Policy
    a. Services: Clients may request cancellation of services by providing written notice to Digiegg Marketing Agency.

    b. Timing: Depending on the nature of the services and the stage of the project, cancellation requests may be subject to certain conditions:
    Website Design, Graphic Design, Content Writing: Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours from the project initiation(advance payment) to qualify for a refund.
    Google Ads Services, SEO, Social Media Management: Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours from the date of advance of the service is made to qualify for a refund.

    c. Refund Eligibility: Cancellation requests made after the alignment of a dedicated team towards the project and upon payment of the invoice advance shall not be entitled to a refund.

    2. Refund Policy

    a. Eligibility: Refunds are issued based on the following conditions:
    Non-Performance: If Digiegg Marketing Agency fails to deliver the initiation process of the agreed-upon services within the specified timeframe or according to the service agreement, a full or partial refund may be issued, as deemed appropriate.
    Quality Concerns: If the delivered service does not meet the quality standards agreed upon or promised, a refund may be considered, subject to investigation and agreement between both parties.

    b. Refund Process: To request a refund, clients must submit a written request detailing the reasons for the refund claim. The request will be reviewed within 14 days, and a decision will be communicated to the client if it qualified the refund terms mentioned above.

    c. Payment Method: Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.

    3. Exceptions

    a. Third-Party Costs: Any third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client, such as domain purchases, hosting fees, or ad spend, are non-refundable.

    b. Completed Services: Once services have been completed and approved by the client, no refunds will be issued.
